Refund policy

For the products purchased from the stores, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the product. Before returning, please, reach out to us via email hello@anxiing.com.

Custom made products cannot be returned. 

• We may not refund or replace any products that you have possibly sent back to us without first announcing us or if the tracking was not provided.
• All the products should be unused and in original condition.
• We are not responsible for the shipping costs of the returns.
• Refunds are charged back to the original form of payment.
